Ashraya ShanthiPeedam is a new old age home started in May 2023 under Ashraya Charitable Society. The home is the memory of Rtd teachers Santhipeedom Jacob sir and P.T Mariamma Jacob , their children handed over a 2-storied building and 28 cents of land to ashraya for the memory of their parents and started an old age home. Currently 15 people are living in the home. Along with this, there is a local committee for the implementation of the day to day activities.
