Ashraya Charitable Society commenced its activities two decades back with the vision ‘even the less fortunate brethren in the society leading a dignified life by meeting at least their basic means of sustenance’. In today’s hectic life human suffering is on the rise: poverty has taken a toll in the life of the vulnerable, parents are mercilessly left to suffer loneliness in their old age, physical and mental ailments remain unattended to, and children in large numbers suffer for want of care and support. Being empathetic is the right attitude to the suffering humanity. Ashraya Charitable Society has been extending various services to the above category of people, through establishing and running different institutions and organising programmes for achieving our missions and organisational goals.
Ashraya Charitable Society (ACS) is extending care, protection and support through provision of basic amenities to the people subjected to deprivations, disabilities, destitution and the like, to help them lead a dignified life as we believe “ManavaSeva is MadhavaSeva”. We have been enjoying generous support, valuable guidance and involvement and participation of the well wishers, friends and the community as such in making us fulfil our commitment made clear through our vision and mission.
